We were excited to learn about local film connoisseur Geoff Pevere’s upcoming film appreciation courses so us lay people can better understand the mystery behind the big screen. (What was that guy in Oz doing behind the curtain anyway?) The only thing is, the pamphlet floating around town advertising the event has us a little confused. Was Francis Ford Coppola’s Apocalypse Now Redux really his 1953 classic? And isn’t Orson’s last name spelled Welles, not Wells?
