Fans were met with a sweet surprise Friday morning after learning about a surprise concert by popular boy band, the Jonas Brothers.
The brothers shared on their social media accounts that they’ll be playing in the city’s renowned Massey Hall on Saturday.
“20 years. 20 songs. 2,000 tickets. 20:00 ET. $20,” the notification posted.

All of the tickets were priced at $20, and fans were scrambling to get their hands on the spontaneous tickets. The show then sold out within the hour.
One of those fans was Hope Dos Santos, a producer at The Brandon Gonez Show. Dos Santos said, “I had no idea about the concert, my coworker told me about it.”
She went on to say that, “I waited 10 minutes prior to noon, and I was less than 1000 people away, then eventually I got through. It was maybe 20 minutes after 12 p.m. that I was able to secure a ticket for myself.”
“It feels like a dream, I’m so excited. I’m going alone, but I know I’m going to meet new friends there and I can’t wait. I will not be able to sleep tonight,” Dos Santos said.
But not all fans were lucky enough to snag the highly sought after tickets. Those that missed out went straight to social media to air their grievances.
“Whoever bought tickets for The Jonas Brothers in Toronto at Massey Hall for $20 just to resell them for over $600… I permanently have it out for you,” one user expressed on X.
“Not getting Jonas Brothers Toronto tickets and narrowly missing Joe Jonas on several occasions throughout the city is HURTING,” another user said.
On TikTok, one woman even suggested to fans around the world to make the trip to Toronto.
The Jonas Brothers have been spending a lot of their time in Toronto due to filming of their Disney+ holiday movie. They’ve been seen at local spots around the city like Adrak and Cherry’s High Dive, and even made a surprise appearance at a Camp Rock trivia night at Hemingway’s.
With their 20th anniversary coming up in 2025, they’ve hinted at some surprises—this show just might be one of them.
The Jonas Brothers surprise concert will take place at Massey Hall on Saturday Feb. 15 at 8pm ET.
