Some Torontonians will have to find a new place for weekend brunch after a beloved West End business announced it’s closing down.

Saving Grace, a popular brunch spot located on Dundas W., recently announced that it plans to permanently close its doors after 25 years in business.

In a post to Instagram, the business owners shared the news.

“Our final day of operation will be February 15, 2025. I am overjoyed to be closing. Please don’t be sad. Come visit us at our month-long yard sale February/March.”

While Saving Grace did not yet respond to Now Toronto’s request for comment at the time of publication, the post received an outpouring of messages from loyal customers.

One person commented in response to the owner, “You know how much you and that place have meant to us since the very first day it opened. What an AMAZING community you have built – the neighbourhood will never be the same & was made all the better for having you at its heart all these years, Saving Grace will live on as a true Toronto Legend.”

Another said this was the “saddest” news they had ever heard.

“My favourite brunch place when I lived in Toronto. Thank you for your amazing contribution to the communities and to the creativity of eggs!” someone else commented.

The business was established in 2000 and will remain open for one more month.
