The Rob Ford / Sandro Lisi court docs

To get a warrant, a police officer has to swear an ITO (Information to Obtain) before a judge. This is the ITO sworn by Detective Constable Ali Nader Khoshbooi to obtain a warrant to carry out a pot bust against Sandro Lisi, Rob Ford’s alleged dealer.

The mayor figures very prominently in it.

A disclaimer: although this has been sworn before a judge by a police officer, none of the statements herein have been proven in court.

Lawyers will be back in court in mid-November, arguing for the release of much of the redacted material.
