Toronto police are investigating after an early-morning break-in at Black Wolf Coffee’s downtown location.
On Tuesday, around 4 a.m., an unknown suspect broke the cafe’s glass door, entered the premises and stole all the money from the cash drawer.
The Toronto Police Service confirmed the break and enter. As it’s an active investigation, they’re asking anyone with information to contact the police.
Black Wolf Coffee owner Jay Woo shared the details above and added, “Fortunately, it appears that no one was hurt.”
On Tuesday morning, Black Wolf Coffee shared an Instagram story explaining that the front window was damaged and that operations would not be feasible, forcing the store to close for the day.

“We hope to resolve the situation as quickly as possible and get everything back in order so our regular customers can continue to visit and enjoy the cafe,” he said.
