When author John Ralston Saul isn’t chasing squirrels around the Governor General’s grounds in Ottawa, he’s setting himself up for another hit by the National Post.
This week the Post went ballistic over Saul’s idea for employers to pay their workers for five hours a week of community service. The Post sees this as another scheme to railroad the corporate sector into complying with collectivist dreams. Whoa, Conrad, get a grip.
