The Ontario Coalition Against Poverty can’t get no respect. Toronto district school board staff cancelled the group’s booking at Central Tech over security concerns. OCAP was planning to host a public rally at the high school June 15. Join OCAP at the board meeting Wednesday (June 13) at 6:30 pm at 155 College to help trustees see the light and open the venue. Or give the board a call at 416-397-3000. We’d certainly like to hear them explain what they’ve got against lawful assembly in a public space.
