Other establishments in the south-of-the-border city have also jumped on the trend, with one restaurant dubbing a dark rum, coconut rum & cream beverage as Jimothy-inspired.

The drinks are one of many tributes popping up since the raccoon became a viral sensation.

Sightings of Jimothy, or Jimothy-inspired memorabilia in Toronto are yet to be seen, but being a city whose unofficial mascot is the raccoon, and has had a viral raccoon itself, it’s surely not far behind.

The “Trash Panda” drink has caused a stir far beyond Seattle, with many people sharing their love for Jimothy under the post.

“This is so cool. We love Jimothy,” one X user said.

Another X user praised the Mariners for jumping on the trend.

“Fantastic marketing 👏🏻,” they wrote on X.

Despite the absurdity of the cocktail, many were still intrigued.
