The Opera House- Taylor Swift New Year’s Party 

Swifites listen up!

New Year’s fireworks in the city 

Celebrate the start of 2024 at the largest fireworks display in Canada. 

The breathtaking fireworks will be visible at midnight from anywhere in Toronto with a view of the inner harbour. 

Enjoy an evening meal at a local spot for dinner,  switch on the countdown live-stream to watch the fireworks from the comfort of home, or head down to alternative viewing locations at Sugar Beach, Harbour Square Park, HTO Park, or Little Norway Park to watch in person.

Polar Bear Skate at the Bentway

Strip down to your undies for a good cause at the Bentway Polar Bear Skate. 

The annual charity skate is free to enter and doubles up as a clothing drive. It’s a bold way for Torontonians to see out the year and an opportunity to give back to the community.

Chilly skaters willing to show the city their skivvies will also be treated to free hot chocolate.

Clothing donations will be collected on site. Polar Bear Skate starts at 1:00 p.m. on Dec 31.

Distillery Winter Village New Year’s Eve Bash

Bravissimo! New Year’s at the Opera 

Listen to a world-class opera at Toronto’s classiest New Year’s Eve event.

The New Year’s performance promises unmatched musical acts bolstered by the Canadian Opera Company Orchestra and led by renowned conductor Johannes Debus. 

The show will feature Armenian soprano Mané Galoyan, Canadian mezzo soprano Carolyn Sproule, Canadian tenor Matthew Cairns, and Italian baritone Vito Priante.
