Halloween is over, and Canada’s Wonderland is already flipping the switch from spooky to sparkly! The annual WinterFest returns this month for a jam-packed season of holiday fun.

Making a comeback for its sixth year, WinterFest is the Greater Toronto Area’s ultimate holiday playground, offering a full-on festive takeover featuring seven million twinkling lights, live shows, holiday eats, skating, shopping, and endless seasonal cheer!

A total of nine live shows will take over the WinterFest performance lineup, including two new ones: “Small Town Snowmance,” a classic Christmas love story, and “It’s Christmas, Charlie Brown!,” which brings Charlie, Snoopy, and The PEANUTS™ gang to life with music, laughter, and a reminder of what the season is really about.

Returning fan favourites also include “Tinker’s Toy Factory,” a high-energy indoor show packed with elf hijinks, music, and acrobatics. And if a sing-along is more your speed, “Cool Yule Christmas” is a feel-good, pop-inspired show where you’re encouraged to belt out your favourite holiday tracks – cue Mariah Carey!

Lace up your skates, as the park will transform with ice skating on Snow Flake Lake, right at the base of Wonder Mountain. This attraction requires you to reserve your spot in advance.

And don’t miss the park’s nightly tree-lighting ceremony, which turns International Street into a glowing sea of music, dancing, and two 50-foot Christmas trees twinkling to life.

And after all that wintry fun, need a break from the cold? Cozy up in Jack Frost’s Igloo Village, where you can rent your own private dome complete with concierge food and drink service.

Indulge in all the holiday has to offer at the Christmas Market, featuring local artisan vendors (perfect for last-minute shopping), Cookie Decorating with Mrs. Claus, selfies with Elf on the Shelf, and of course, classic photos with St. Nick himself.

And finally, what’s a trip to Canada’s Wonderland without rides? Twenty-three rides are available for your enjoyment, including family-friendly spins through Charlie Brown’s Christmas Town and thrill-seeker staples, like Thunder Run, Psyclone, and Sledge Hammer.

WinterFest runs select nights from Nov. 15, 2025, to Jan. 3, 2026.

Tickets and skating reservations are available soon at canadaswonderland.com/winterfest.
