If you’ve wandered the back alleys at Queen and Spadina, you know the work of ELicseR – richly coloured human figures that seem to jump off the walls. Trained at Sheridan College, ELicseR likes to distinguish himself from those street artists interested only in putting their names on bricks. But he’s no snob, insisting that public space is public and has to be seized.
