Seeing Alexisonfire in Toronto on Friday? Here’s everything you need to know

Toronto alternative rock fans, get ready to watch Alexisonfire perform their highly influential 2006 album Crisis in full at RBC Amphitheatre this Friday and Saturday night.

The post-hardcore five-piece band is celebrating 20 years of Crisis, bringing two can’t-miss shows to Toronto. Alexisonfire won’t be the only ones commanding the stage; they’ve added metalcore band Underoath and Vancouver indie band Concrete Vehicles to the lineup as well.

Tickets to Friday’s show are still available starting at $73 for seats in section 402. For Saturday’s show, tickets start at $86 for seats in section 410. 

What time do doors open?

Doors to RBC Amphitheatre open at 6:00 p.m. The first opener, Concrete Vehicles, is expected to take the stage at 7:00 p.m, followed by support act Underoath.

Dine Alone Records pop-up

However, if you’re looking for Alexisonfire-themed activities, the band is partnering with Toronto record label Dine Alone for an official pop-up with special merchandise. The activation runs from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday while supplies last.

What’s the easiest way to get to the venue?

Taking the TTC or GO Transit are the easiest ways to access RBC Amphitheatre. Concertgoers can take the GO Train to Exhibition Station and walk for approximately 15 minutes to the venue. 

Alternatively, fans can take the TTC to Bathurst Station and take the 511 streetcar, or to Union or Spadina stations and hop on the 509 streetcar.

There are no parking spots available at Ontario Place on event nights, but there are a limited number of accessible parking spaces available. If you need accessible parking, contact the venue for more information. 

There are public Green P and Impark parking lots near the venue. 

Can I bring a bag to RBC Amphitheatre?

Due to safety and security protocols, only small clutches, belt bags, fanny packs, or clear bags are permitted inside the venue to help streamline screening for guests.

Can I pay with cash at RBC Amphitheatre?

Fans are reminded that RBC Amphitheatre is a cashless venue, so be sure to bring a debit card, credit card, or another form of electronic payment for merchandise and concessions.
