Scarborough’s largest street festival is back and it’s bringing global soccer fever with it

Taste of Lawrence, presented by TD, is returning for its 22nd edition with more than 180 vendors, live entertainment, family attractions and a new Soccer Hub celebrating the biggest game on the planet.

Taste of Lawrence presented by TD is gearing up to be an unforgettable start to the summer as it returns July 3-5, bringing three days of food, culture, music and community to the heart of Scarborough.

Founded by Councillor Michael Thompson and hosted by the Wexford Heights BIA, Scarborough’s largest street festival will host over 180 vendors allowing for the ultimate cultural celebration, offering everything from incredible live performances and thrilling attractions to flavours from around the world for festivalgoers to experience.    

Taste of Lawrence will include an exclusive soccer hub to celebrate soccer in the city. The TOL Soccer Hub will offer free watch parties, special programming, interactive experiences and giveaways.  

Festivalgoers can also enjoy non-stop live entertainment throughout the weekend. The Main Stage will feature Canada’s top tribute bands alongside emerging local talent, while the Great Lakes Brewery and Lume Cocktails beverage garden offers the perfect place to relax between performances.

Returning favourites include Ultimutts Stunt Dog Show featuring remarkable tricks, laughs and fun for all ages as well as the 2nd annual Rising Stars Talent Showcase spotlighting artists-to-watch across the GTA. Festival attendees will have the exciting opportunity to enter for a chance to win an all-inclusive getaway, generously sponsored by the Antigua and Barbuda Tourism Board, by completing the festival survey.

Taste of Lawrence is free to attend and the festivities commence on July 3 at 6 p.m. with an exciting Opening Ceremony featuring a multicultural parade, continuing through July 5.
