The series is the latest spin-off of MTV’s hit Jersey Shore, which launched the careers of reality stars like Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, and Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino.

This new Canadian edition brings together 10 individuals from across the country, both small towns and big cities, as they live, work, and party together for one crazy summer in Kelowna, B.C.

The cast tells Now Toronto they’re ready to finally show viewers what they have in store.

“Take it or leave it, you might love us, you might hate us,”  Toronto resident and cast member Christopher said.

His partner-in-crime and fellow Torontonian, Lila, echoed his sentiment.

“We don’t care, either way… Just tune in, we’d love to see you there.”

Mississauga resident and Jamaican-born cast member Gizelle described her journey from auditioning to walking the red carpet as one of Canada’s next reality stars as “unbelievable.”

“I can’t even believe it right now, this is insane… you’re all going to see us crash out on TV,” she said.

Her experience is made even more special by being the only island gyal in the cast.

“Born and raised in Jamaica, I came to Canada, got my little citizenship or whatever, and now I’m on Canada Shore?! Canada is so diverse, we have so many Caribbeans here, so I hope I make everybody proud,” Gizelle added.

Cast member Keyaira called seeing the show finally come to life “surreal.” But she admits that living in the Shore house isn’t always easy, and the key to surviving is simple: don’t take things too seriously.

“Take it as it comes. Try not to take it to heart,” she said.

Isaiah, another cast member, emphasized enjoying the opportunity.

“You gotta enjoy your experience. A lot of people try to be in the position you’re in… people wish they were in your spot. So, enjoy your time,” he said.New episodes of Canada Shore will air every Thursday on Paramount+.
