There’s an ice festival coming to the city this month where you can celebrate the magic of winter.

Bloor Yorkville’s Ice Fest is set for Feb. 18 and 19.

The free event will take place at Village of Yorkville Park and throughout the Bloor-Yorkville area from noon until 11 p.m.

There, you’ll see a showcase of jaw-dropping ice sculptures. In fact, visitors can expect to see over 40 ice creations made from over 60,000 pounds of ice.

Some sculptures will include whimsical castles, a princess dress, a carriage, a dragon mermaid and even Hercules, all made of ice.

You can also follow the Bloor-Yorkville Ice Fest event map for a self-guided tour.
