Local hair metal revivalists Diemonds have just dropped a headbangerific new music video for Take On The Night, and are putting on a throwback hard rock music video dance party tonight to celebrate.
Sure, the members of the band all look like they were toddlers back in the 80s, but their image and sound are definitely heavily tied more to that era than anything else, so why not do a tribute to the days when music videos were king and every song had a face melting guitar solo?
Check out the video below to get yourself in the spirit for the bash, which happens tonight (July 15) at Parkdale skateboard shop the Baitshop (358 Dufferin, unit 117). There’s no cover, and also no dress code, but we do recommend digging the denim and leather out of your closet for the occasion.
