Winterlicious 2026: Here’s where to eat in Toronto at every price point

Toronto’s Winterlicious is back with hundreds of prix fixe menus citywide, and we’ve rounded up the best restaurants at every price point.

Winterlicious has kicked off in Toronto, offering residents a chance to enjoy the city’s diverse food scene while staying on budget. 

This year, more than 240 Toronto restaurants will be offering three-course prix fixe menus across the city from Jan. 30 to Feb. 12, with plenty of delicious flavours waiting to be discovered and celebrated.

The festival offers deals that can satisfy you without breaking the bank, with lunch deals ranging from $20 to $55, while dinner goes from $25 to $75.

With plenty of menus to choose from, and reservations now open, Now Toronto compiled a list of restaurants for every budget that you could visit this festival. 

UNDER $30

Bar Bacan

Take a flavourful trip to South America without leaving Toronto, and within your budget, by visiting Bar Bacan. With locally-sourced, fresh ingredients, and flavours inspired by authentic Argentinian and Venezuelan cuisine, this spot offers classics like spinach buñuelos, arepas, and alfajor in its Winterlicious $20 lunch menu and $25 dinner menu. 

Tokyo Grill

Address: 5175 Yonge St.

Tokyo Grill promises to make you feel right at home with authentic Japanese flavours combined with a welcoming ambiance and warm service. During Winterlicious, you can try some home-style goods, including octopus balls, pork katsu bento, and green tea cheesecake for only $20 during lunch and $25 for dinner.

Kothur Indian Cuisine 

Address: 2403 Lake Shore Blvd W.

Named after its founder’s birthplace, Kothur honours the Indian traditions he grew up with, from rich flavours, to house-made spice blends, to quality ingredients. For only $20 for lunch and $25 for dinner, visitors can try classics like minced goat kabab, mixed vegetable curry, and rice pudding this Winterlicious.

Fallen Feather

Known for creative dishes, beautiful presentation, and an elegant atmosphere, this restaurant offers a unique dining experience with a fusion of Asian and French cuisines. Fallen Feather’s Winterlicious menus offer dishes like shrimp jang, creamy gochujang pasta, and cheesecake for $27 during lunch and $35 during dinner. 

Pulcinella Ristorante Italiano

Address: 3687 Lake Shore Blvd. W.

This Etobicoke spot offers Italian favourites prepared by an expert team, combined with a cozy atmosphere and warm service. There’s also live music on Fridays and Saturdays. During Winterlicious, Pulcinella is offering a $34 lunch menu and $45 dinner menu, with classics like caprese salad, penne alla vodka, and tiramisu.

Brownes Bistro 

Address: 1251 Yonge St.

Another European spot worth a visit is Brownes Bistro in Rosedale, which has become a beloved spot in the area by paying homage to all things French. With a $34 lunch and $45 dinner Winterlicious menu, it offers bruschetta, Atlantic salmon, and hazelnut meringue.

Sassafraz

Address: 100 Cumberland St.

At the heart of Yorkville, Sassafraz offers some exceptional Canadian flavours and a magical space that has ‘seen it all’ through decades of serving. With $41 lunch and $55 dinner menus, you can taste root vegetables salad, Canadian beef ribeye, and a flourless chocolate cake. 

The Rabbit Hole

Address: 21 Adelaide St. W.

Guests can enjoy some familiar comfort classics found in a traditional British pub, along with some cheeky twists and elevated ambiance at The Rabbit Hole. This spot offers Caesar salad, roasted chicken and peach crumble in its $41 lunch and $55 dinner menus during Winterlicious.

Adega Restaurante

Address: 33 Elm St.

Traditional, old recipes meet modern flavours at this Portuguese spot that promises high-quality fresh fish and seafood dishes with a Mediterranean twist. Adega is offering a $48 lunch and $65 dinner during Winterlicious, which includes caldo verde soup, lobster ravioli, and pastel de nata.

Nami Japanese Restaurant

Operating in Toronto’s downtown core since 1984, this spot is the city’s oldest Japanese restaurant, and its flavours are said to take your palate on a trip to Kyoto. Nami’s Winterlicious menu includes sashimi, Wagyu steak, and miso cheesecake, and range from $55 for lunch and $75 for dinner.

Led by Chef Jordan Diniz, est features dishes with high-quality ingredients, and tons of inspiration, with an Italian-French flavour. The Winterlicious menus include steak tartare, braised short rib, and roasted banana gelato, going for $55 during lunch and $75 for dinner.

Miller Tavern Uptown

Address: 3885 Yonge St.

Serving tradition with every bite, this historic Canadian tavern offers market-fresh food that is carefully crafted, accompanied by a great selection of wines, cocktails and premium spirits. For Winterlicious, Miller Tavern’s $55 lunch and $75 dinner menu includes creamy butternut squash soup, picanha steak, and sticky toffee pudding.
