The Toronto Blue Jays have unveiled their 2027 regular-season schedule, giving fans an early look at key matchups, marquee home series and important dates for the year ahead.
Toronto will open the season on MLB Opening Day, March 25, with a road matchup against the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium before returning to Rogers Centre for the Home Opener presented by TD against the Seattle Mariners on April 2.

Canada Day homestand among season highlights
One of the marquee stretches of the season comes around Canada Day, when the Blue Jays host a nine-game homestand featuring the San Francisco Giants (June 21–23), San Diego Padres (June 25–27) and Los Angeles Angels (June 29–July 1).
The annual Canada Day game will once again feature the club’s traditional red jerseys and pre-game celebrations.
Following the All-Star break, Toronto will also enjoy a 10-game homestand from July 16–25, welcoming the Detroit Tigers, Chicago White Sox and Texas Rangers.
Interleague opponents and rivalry series
The Blue Jays will play 48 inter-league games in 2027.
At Rogers Centre, fans will see home series against:
- Milwaukee Brewers (April 5–7)
- Philadelphia Phillies (June 11–13)
- San Diego Padres (June 25–27)
- Atlanta Braves (Aug. 6–8)
Toronto will also host the New York Yankees from Sept. 21–23 before wrapping up the regular season with Fan Appreciation Weekend against the Tampa Bay Rays from Sept. 24–26.
