Raise a glass to brand-new cocktails Mimosa à la Marmelade d’Oranges, rum-based Amuse Violette or keep it spirit-free with the refreshing Strawberry Liberté. Grizzly Bar already serves up the best of Canadian eats, but this time around, it’s straight-up serving for Pride. Stop by for a Page Turner, an exclusive cocktail only available this month named after Halifax-born trans actor Elliott Page. What’s even sweeter than the fact that this cocktail changes colours is that a share of each drink sold will be donated to Canada’s largest youth-led HIV charity LetsStopAIDS.
