If you’d prefer travelling within Toronto, there are many places to go that will be open during the March Break.

The Toronto Zoo, the Royal Ontario Museum and the CN Tower are popular attractions to check out this time of year. Metrolinx has PRESTO Perks available that give attendees 15 per cent off admission prices when they show their PRESTO card.

Additionally, LEGOLAND Discovery Centre is also a great attraction for families to explore. Attendees can see Toronto attractions shrunk down into building blocks, and built alongside them.

Ontario-wide trips

A road trip, or train trip, can always be a fun experience and family getaway during the break.

The GO Train and buses give access to many destinations in the province, including trips to Niagara and the Waterloo Region to explore the area and check out the available tourist attractions including museums, ferris wheels and conservation areas. You can cut commuter costs by buying a weekend pass if the trip falls on the appropriate days.
