Toronto resident Denesha Golding appeared as one of Bruno Mars’ angel babies during a Toronto show.

Excited with this honour, she posted a recording of the moment.

“[Safe] to say I got my angel wings,” she captioned the video.

Golding told Now Toronto she went to the concert expecting the highlight of her night would be getting front-row seats, without a clue that she would be an “Angel Baby.”

“Looking back, it’s crazy to think I walked into the stadium not even knowing where I’d be sitting, and by the end of the night I was front row, on the screen, and waking up to see the moment all over social media,” she recalled. “Honestly, the whole experience felt unreal from the moment I got there.”

Unfortunately, there were no further interactions with Bruno Mars after that moment.

“But honestly, the moment itself was enough,” Golding said. “It was one of those experiences I’ll probably talk about forever.”

Since the video was posted, she’s had friends, family and strangers blowing up her phone with messages.

“It was overwhelming but really cool to see how many people connected with the moment and were rooting for me and also commenting saying Bruno and I are a perfect match because of our Afro hair,” Golding said.

Overall, this was an unforgettable experience for Golding, and one that might’ve made her blush.

“Bruno has a way of charming an entire stadium, and I like to think he liked me… that’s… why I became his Angel Baby and maybe even the only Angel Baby who got a kiss back,” she said.
