PARTYNEXTDOOR is performing in Toronto later this month, seven years after he last graced a stage in the city.
SiriusXM Canada is launching Mixtape: North, a new show debuting on the 24/7 hip-hop and R&B channel and are presenting PARTYNEXTDOOR & Friends on May 25 to kick off the launch.
The Mississauga R&B sensation will make his return at Drake’s concert venue History, along with a line-up of emerging and established Canadian artists that will soon be announced.
Tickets for the event’s registration are open now through Ticketmaster’s “Verified Fan” system until May 9 at 11:59 p.m.
Once registered, anticipating concertgoers will be sent an email verifying next steps on Thursday and if verified, they’ll receive an access code for the official sale on Friday at 10 a.m.
“However, if demand for tickets exceeds the supply, verified fans may be selected at random to participate in the Verified Fan Onsale…tickets will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed,” according to the Ticketmaster Verified Fan registration.
Tickets are free for all Verified Fans and the concert is a 19+ event.
Although the hip-hop and R&B channel debuted in late 2022, this event will mark the official launch of Mixtape: North (ch. 164), which is available to subscribers across North America on the SXM App.
Mixtape:North is dedicated to homegrown Hip-Hop and R&B artists, giving listeners the chance to discover current and classic hits from artists across the country.
PND’s live return will be recorded and broadcasted on Mixtape: North, featuring an exclusive in-studio PARTYNEXTDOOR takeover where he’ll be playing his favourite songs during SiriusXM’s Black Music Month programming in June.
