The 48th annual Toronto International Film Festival officially wrapped Sunday evening, but not without handing out a number of prestigious awards, including the People’s Choice awards, the Best Canadian Feature Film, and more.
“We’re grateful to all the audience members, artists, industry professionals, and supporters who graced Toronto’s cinemas, red carpets, meeting spaces, and streets,” Cameron Bailey, TIFF CEO, said in a press release. “As we recognize award winners today, we thank everyone who contributed to this glorious, collective gift.”

Short Cuts Awards
Three awards are handed out in this category and each recipient receives a bursary of $10,000.
