Why is anyone still there

So one in five leave for Alberta and Sask? The question is: Why isn't it five out of five? This what the rest of the world does, it moves to where things are better. Same as I did. Same as a lot of people reading this did. Same as your parents did.
But now, we are supposed to pay people more for not doing it? That's the problem with social workers; they think that they have accomplished something for themselves that the rest of the population is incapable of doing. Newsflash: your'e not special, anyone can do what you did.
