One of the world’s biggest rock bands is coming to Toronto for one night only, and fans are getting ready to rock out with Guns N’ Roses.

The legendary hard rock group takes over Rogers Stadium on Wednesday night as part of its summer tour, bringing decades of hits and a massive stage production to the city.

Known for classics including “Sweet Child O’ Mine,” “Welcome to the Jungle” and “November Rain,” Guns N’ Roses is the second major rock act to headline the venue this week, following the Foo Fighters’ show on Monday night.

The concert is part of Rogers Stadium’s second summer season, which features a packed lineup of major performers. For fans heading to the venue, here’s everything you need to know before the show.

Fans can enter the fan plaza beginning at 5 p.m., where they can explore food and drink options, activations and other experiences before the concert.

The stadium bowl will also open at 5 p.m.

The night will begin with a performance from legendary hip-hop group Public Enemy, featuring MC Chuck D and Flavor Flav.

Doors for the concert officially open at 6:25 p.m., with Public Enemy expected to take the stage shortly afterward.

Guns N’ Roses is expected to begin its set at approximately 7:40 p.m., with the show scheduled to wrap up no later than 11 p.m.

Getting to Rogers Stadium

Public transit is the easiest way to get to Rogers Stadium. Concertgoers can take the TTC subway to Sheppard West Station or Downsview Park Station, then walk to the venue. 

For those who require accessible transportation directly to the stadium, riders can exit at Wilson Station and use the event shuttle service.

Fans travelling by GO Transit can exit at Downsview Park GO Station.

Tickets

Tickets are still available for the show.

Standard ticket prices start at approximately $93.13 for grandstand seats, with prices reaching approximately $193.75 for pit access.
