Toronto’s annual Wine Fest , celebrating the city’s rich and eclectic wine culture, is set to return on July 7-9, for a non-stop weekend of vino-infused shenanigans.
Not only has the self-described “all-you-can-taste” wine festival locked in one of the best locations in the city, due to popular demand, this year Wine fest has thrown in an additional Sunday session.
The outdoor event is happening downtown at RendezViews, located 229 Richmond St. W. Visitors can choose from different three-hour time slots on each day:
- Friday, July 7, from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday, July 8, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
- Sunday, July 9, from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Wine Fest first graced Toronto in 2019, since becoming a summertime staple in Toronto’s lively festival calendar.
As in previous years, ticket holders will be free to peruse the venue and sample wines from France, California, Italy, South Africa, Germany, New Zealand, Chile, Argentina, Rioja Spain, Greece, Niagara-on-the-Lake and the Niagara Escarpment.
For those who don’t drink alcohol, a selection of non-alcoholic wines from Leitz, Germany will be available for purchase.
A delicious array of eats will also be on hand for festival-goers to dig into, with food from revered chef Nuit Regular, who currently helms the culinary ranks at Selva, Pai, and SukhoThai.
All-you-can-taste ticket prices start at $49. Tickets are available at winefesttoronto.com.
This is a 19+ event, rain or shine!
