The Toronto Blue Jays are back in it. Toronto’s bats came alive in Seattle on Wednesday night, powering a 13–4 blowout win over the Mariners to give fans new hope in the American League Championship Series (ALCS).

After struggling to find their rhythm in the first two games, the Jays flipped the script in Game 3 with an explosive offensive display, erupting with 18 hits and five home runs in the dominant win, closing the gap in the ALCS to 2-1.

Andres Gimenez, George Springer, Vlad Guerrero Jr., Alejandro Kirk and Addison Barger all hit a home run as Toronto shook off a slow series start.

It’s the Jays’ first trip to the ALCS since 2016, and they’re looking to push for their first World Series appearance since 1993.

“Hell yeah the BOYS are BACK,” another user said.

Game 4 happens tonight in Seattle and Game 5 is set for Friday, Oct. 17, also in Seattle. If needed, Games 6 and 7 would shift back to Toronto.
