If you’re out enjoying fireworks this weekend, please leave your pets at home. The loud noises and bright flashes can be very overwhelming for them, causing unnecessary anxiety and stress. Provide a calm and secure place at home. https://t.co/qWa3CXFFcM pic.twitter.com/5TRkAdtTFn

The city is asking residents to leave pets at home, as the sounds and flashes of flight can be overwhelming for animals.
