The new name ties back to the original vision for the Grande World Expo area, where the whole vibe is built around the spirit of aviation.

The ride itself got a real upgrade too: new trains and targeted track refinements mean a smoother, more immersive experience from start to finish.

New open, vest-style restraints mean you’re not just strapped in — you can actually see everything you’re flying through.

“We’re excited to breathe new life into one of our classic roller coasters,” said Heather Hill, park manager, in a press release. “With The DareDeviler, we’re elevating the thrill experience with a smoother, more comfortable ride,” she added.

Live entertainment

Canada’s Wonderland is also welcoming three new live shows with arts from Cirque, acrobatics, and musical performances.

  • The King’s Banquet: The play will take place at Canterbury Theatre, where a grand royal feast goes wrong when a shadowy sorcerer poisons the King. Follow the adventure of loyal heroes on a time-bending quest filled with cirque feats, fire juggling, sword swallowing and acrobatics to rewrite fate.
  • Watchtower: At Arthur’s Baye, watch merrymen and women perform wild stunts, including trampoline aerials, high dives and slackline acts.

Summer events lineup

A highlight of Canada’s Wonderland’s summer events is Brew & BBQ, happening June 6-7, 13-14, and 20-21. Tasting cards and drink tokens will be available for purchase.

The rest of the summer events lineup is just as packed:
