Some of Toronto’s favourite athletes showed up and showed out for Halloween this year!

The Raptors have shared photos from the team’s Halloween party on social media and the stars did not disappoint. Shooting guard Gradey Dick dressed up as Dipsy, AKA the green Teletubby, for the party.

“Someone tell the green teletubby he’s been balling and i’m very proud of him,” wrote one Instagram user.

Fellow  Raptor Scottie Barnes donned a pirate costume, with some fans pointing out the irony of his eyepatch after injuring his eye.

“Scottie with the perfect costume for his injury lol,” wrote one X user.

Raptors point guards Jamal Shead and Davion Mitchell wore complementary costumes: Thing 1 and Thing 2 from Dr. Seuss’ The Cat in the Hat.

The team’s head coach Darko Rajakovic took some inspo from the small screen, wearing a tweed suit, trench coat and cap like a character from Peaky Blinders.

Meanwhile, hockey fans can’t get enough of the Toronto Maple Leafs’ Halloween fits.

Defenceman Morgan Rielly and his wife, Canadian Olympic skater Tessa Virtue, wore a couple’s costume, dressing as Beetlejuice and Lydia from the popular Beetlejuice film.

“Mo should wear this hair tomorrow for the game lol,” one fan joked.

While Nick Robertson and his partner dressed up as Dwight and Angela from The Office.

Auston Matthews went to the dark side, donning a Darth Vader outfit.

An honourable mention goes out to young Auston Matthews superfan Grayson, who dressed as the player’s hockey card for the occasion and got to meet the NHL star.

It was a family affair for David Kampf and Co., who wore Harry Potter-themed outfits, with Kampf dressed as Dumbledor, while several other teammates dressed as Hogwarts students.

While the team’s mascot, Carlton the Bear, donned a Super Mario Brothers Toad costume during last night’s game against the Seattle Kraken.
