A Pizza Hut in Timmins, ON had to close suddenly last week, due to ‘unforeseen circumcisions,’ at least that’s what the sign on its front door said.

Images of the hilarious typo were circulated online by a growing number of amused locals, and the sign swiftly gained viral popularity.

X user @adamgreattweet shared a photo of the sign with the caption, “The perfect typo doesn’t exi-.”

People on social media were quick to cut in with their responses.

“Unfortunately the staff lost any tip they might have had that night,” one user wrote.

“Mmm…the daily special should be interesting,” another person said.

Star Trek actor George Takei reshared @adamgreattweet’s original tweet with the rebuttle, “Typos are my worst enema!” which has since been viewed over 85,000 times.

Fortunately, the Pizza Hut in question joined in on the joke. Its general manager shared a new sign on Facebook, which included a deal for customers.

“In light of recent CIRCUMSTANCES,’  the new sign reads, “For a limited time when you buy one regular-priced medium or large pizza, you can get the following one for only $5…with no tip required.”
