A man is wanted after he allegedly spat at three people at TTC stations, according to Toronto police.

The first incident happened on May 15, when the suspect supposedly spat at two passengers boarding a train, while he was exiting a subway car at Coxwell Station, police said in a news release on Friday.

It is also alleged that on May 16, while walking away from Main Station, the man spat at another passenger as they were walking towards the station. The police have identified the suspect as 28-year-old Joseph O’Sullivan Martinez, of Toronto.

Martinez is wanted for three counts of assault and five counts of breach of probation for the two incidents that occurred earlier this month.

Anyone with information is being asked to contact police at 416-808-5500 or Crime Stoppers anonymously at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
