Catching a Toronto Tempo game just got much easier, thanks to Bell Media’s recently announced multi-year deal to broadcast and stream matches beginning this season.
On Tuesday, the Canadian media conglomerate revealed its partnership with the WNBA to bring games to screens across the country.
TSN, the sports network owned by Bell Media, will broadcast live Toronto Tempo games, additional regular-season matchups from across the league, and most marquee events such as the WNBA All-Star Game, playoffs, WNBA Finals, and the draft.
Select Tempo games will also be broadcast on CTV and streamed via Crave.
According to a press release from Bell Media, the partnership reflects a surge in Canadian interest in the WNBA that’s been building over the past several years, with Canadian viewership of the 2026 WNBA Draft jumping 172 per cent compared to 2025.
“The momentum around the WNBA in Canada is at an all-time high, and this partnership represents an important step in providing fans in Canada with unprecedented access to their favourite teams and players at a historic time of the first-ever Canadian team in the WNBA,” WNBA Chief Growth Officer Colie Edison said.
The news comes just as the Toronto Tempo wrapped their two-game preseason, which both resulted in losses.
