Angine de Poitrine

- Where: Mod Club
French Canadian math rock duo Angine de Poitrine is bringing their polka-dot paper mache masks to Toronto three separate times this week. They’re playing three shows at Mod Club, on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday. The absurdist duo from Saguenay, Que., first went viral through a live session recorded for KEXP, an indie music station based in Seattle. Angine de Poitrine has released two albums, Vol. 1 in 2024 and Vol. II in 2026. In live shows, the duo is noted for making triangle shapes with their hands instead of talking. All three shows at Mod Club are sold out.
Jack White

- Where: RBC Amphitheatre
Jack White, who is most well known for being the former guitarist and lead singer of the influential rock band The White Stripes, is performing at RBC Amphitheatre Tuesday night to support his eighth studio album, Frozen Charlotte. Over his nearly 30 year career, White has performed solo and with three different group acts — The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, and The Dead Weather — and has released 20 albums. His accolades span 16 Grammy Awards, an induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and a TEC Innovation Award. Tickets for his Tuesday show start at $60 for lawn seats.
The All-American Rejects

Oklahoma pop-punk four-piece the All-American Rejects (AAR) are bringing their infectious live show to the Theatre at Great Canadian Casino Resort on Tuesday night. Fronted by Tyson Ritter, AAR has become one of the most influential pop-punk bands of the 2000s, with several songs charting on the Billboard Hot 100, including crowd favourites “Gives You Hell” and “Dirty Little Secret.” On May 15, AAR released Sandbox, their first album in 14 years. Tickets for their show start at $87.40.
Lucy Dacus

- Where: Queen Elizabeth
Indie mainstay Lucy Dacus is bringing the final round of shows supporting her fourth album Forever Is A Feeling to Toronto on Wednesday night at Queen Elizabeth Theatre. She is known for both her solo work and for being one-third of the supergroup Boygenius with Phoebe Bridgers and Julien Baker. In April, Dacus put out her latest single, “Planting Tomatoes,” which peaked at number seven on Billboard’s Adult Alternative Airplay chart. Standing room floor tickets are still available for $103.
Billy Talent

- Where: RBC Amphitheatre
- Mississauga punk rock band Billy Talent is celebrating 20 years of their second studio album, Billy Talent II this Saturday at RBC Amphitheatre. Originally known as Pezz, Billy Talent has been a force in the Canadian rock scene for over 30 years. The band has released seven studio albums, won seven Juno Awards, and 10 MuchMusic Video Awards. Tickets for the band’s show are sold out on Ticketmaster, but there are still a few up for grabs on third-party resale sites.
Death Cab for Cutie

- Where: RBC Amphitheatre
- Speaking of highly influential rock bands, American indie rock five-piece Death Cab for Cutie will be taking over RBC Amphitheatre on Sunday to support their eleventh album, I Built You a Tower. The band skyrocketed to fame in the early 2000s with their fourth LP, Transatlanticism, logging a Billboard 200 entry. Death Cab for Cutie have released 11 studio albums and have earned eight Grammy Awards nominations. Tickets for their tour start at $61 for lawn and $78.50 for seats.
