A TTC bus driver known for singing covers on TikTok has released his own remix of Snowd4y and Drake’s, “Wah Gwan Delilah.”

Last Friday, TikTok star @verifiedjon, formally known as Jon Pooley, dropped his version of the popular remix, based on the original 2005 hit “Hey There Delilah” by the Plain White T’s.

@verifiedjon Snowd4y said “I can finesse my way on transit but nowadays these guys are dissin” And it became personal with me 😂 @Snowd4y #snowd4y #whagwandelilah #toronto #busdriver #singer #remix #comeback #ttc #drake #heytheredelilah #fun #viral #vocals #song #throwback #fyp ♬ original sound – Jon

“Hey Mr. Snowd4y, there’s so many ways to pay, you know we take debit and credit, you can even put in change, we take it all and you said you’re making all this guap, more than my pops,” he sang in the video.

“Hey Snowd4y, listen, I know times are getting hard and trust, I get it when you say, you got no funds left on your card, so take a seat, cause you can never finesse me, I’m TTC,” he continued.

In response, fans are loving the rendition and even want to hear it on the actual transit system.

“I need this playing on the subway speakers,” reads the top comment on TikTok.

“This should be the new pay your fare ad,” another user said.

“TTC better give this man a raise,” another comment read.

“This song is really good and the TTC should play it,” another user commented.

In addition, TTC spokesperson Stuart Green also shared some kind words about the worker/famed singer.

“We love that Jon has become something of a TTC TikTok sensation. His clips are entertaining, informative and fun! He’s but one example of the talented and proud employees we have at the TTC,” he said in a statement to Now Toronto on Tuesday.
