People are flocking to the Absolute Towers, better known as the Marilyn Monroe Towers, in Mississauga after Drake and PartyNextDoor featured the condos in their new album cover.
The Absolute Towers are a pair of residential skyscrapers, located at the intersection of Hurontario St. and Burnhamthorpe Rd. Built by Fernbrook Homes and Cityzen Development Group, the curvy high-rises have become one of the city’s most recognizable buildings. The towers earned the nickname Marilyn Monroe Towers, due to their striking hourglass shape, reminiscent of the iconic actress’ silhouette.
The towers have recently become a point of interest for Drake fans, who are travelling to Ontario’s third largest city to see them and are posting about their experience online.
One TikToker said they flew to “Toronto” from New Jersey to see the “buildings Drake invented.”

But some people are commenting on the user’s video noting that Mississauga is not Toronto.
“This is Sauga, not Toronto…” one user commented.
“Toronto wishes it was Mississauga,” another user said.
One user even asked what the neighbourhood and name of the buildings are, as they are trying to visit this upcoming weekend.
“Crazy to think these condos are now tourist attractions,” another person commented.
More fans are visiting the tourist attractions to re-create Drake and PND’s iconic album cover.

The video shows two individuals posing the same way as the artists on the cover, right in front of the towers.
“I need to take a trip to Toronto,” one user commented.
Another video shows a woman dancing and singing in front of the towers, captioning the video, “Went to them towers n PERFORMED”. Drake even reposted the video on his Instagram story.
