Blood Brothers White Chocolate White Stout

Slightly baffled as to how a stout turns out white? I was, too. In place of the dark malts generally

associated with stout beers, Blood Brothers uses a combo of double-strength cold brew from Cut Coffee and cocoa husk tea from Soma to achieve pronounced flavours of coffee, chocolate and nuts. The malt bill is plumped out with oats and white wheat to contribute creaminess, while the addition of vanilla and lactose sugar lend a definite sweetness. Perfect for those who would rather drink their dessert.

Price 500 ml/$8

Availability At the brewery bottle shop (344 Westmoreland North #104C, facebook.com/bloodbrothersbrewing. Open Wednesday to Friday 4 to 8 pm, Saturday noon to 6 pm, Sunday noon to 4 pm.)
