Le Pere Jules is one of Normandys fabled Calvados producers, now a fourth-generation family business. Pommeau is a blend of young Calvados and fresh-pressed apple cider, which is then aged in oak barrels for a minimum of five years. Its unctuous and addictive, all funky apples sprinkled with spice.
