VIBE This is the space that used to be the Living Room but has since been gutted and heavily remodelled. The music is the usual mainstream club mix: a bit of top 40, some urban and some commercial house. There’s a tiny smoking patio in the alley, but you can’t take your drink with you, so it’s not much better than standing on the street.
VALUE If you plan ahead and get on the guest list, you can bypass the $10 cover on weekends. Drinks are normal clubland prices – more than your corner bar, less than where your boss drinks.
BATHROOMS Decent size for the venue, and fairly clean, courtesy of the attendant.
LINEUP The club is only a few months old and isn’t bringing in huge crowds yet, so it’s unlikely that you’ll spend much time in a lineup. This could easily change, though, once DNA settles in and finds its crowd.
