As part of Toronto’s hip hop festival, Manifesto threw a party in Parkdale celebrating and showcasing its youth.
Smack dab in the middle of Queen St. W. and Cowan Ave., teens roamed and danced around the Parkdale Youth Festival. Performances by Kae Sun, Jordan Jman Francis, Backburners and students from Literacy Through Hip Hop.
CBC radio’s Big City, Small World also premiered their new season by broadcasting live from the festival with host Garvia Bailey.
