Alessia Cara, Shawn Desman and Murda Beatz to perform at Toronto’s FIFA Fan Fest

The City of Toronto has revealed details of the FIFA Fan Fest, featuring live performances by Alessia Cara, Shawn Desman, Murda Beatz, and more.

The free, 22-day event will run from June 11 to July 19 at the Fort York National Historic Site and The Bentway. Fans can enjoy live matches alongside music, cultural programming, food, and art.

On Monday, Mayor Olivia Chow unveiled the festival alongside Canadian hip-hop icon Kardinall Offishall, who will lead Soundclash Society, a curated supergroup of Toronto’s top DJs and special guests.

Performers include Alessia Cara, Anna Sofia, Murda Beatz, Shawn Desman, SHOUT! the band, Snotty Nose Rez Kids, Tyler Shaw, Walk off the Earth, and more.

The festival will also celebrate global entertainment and traditions with performances from Andrés Valiente Proyecciones Folklóricas (Panama), Ballet Folklórico Puro México and Mariachi Vientos del Norte (Mexico), Esie Mensah & The Black Stars Collective (Ghana), HanBeat Nanta (Korea), Nagata Shachu (Japan), Sky Dancers and Spring Creek Dancers (First Nations), SuperDogs, and others.

General admission is free following city council approval last week, with tickets available online starting May 6. Premium options include the Casamigos Clubhouse ($300), Pitchside Terrace ($150), and Garden Pavilion ($100).
