Near 2:30 p.m. on May 11, Kendrick Lamar’s diss track and music video for “Not Like Us” was removed from YouTube, while the entire GNX album and “Euphoria” were removed from Apple Music. His collab music video “Luther” with SZA also disappeared from YouTube. 

The songs and music videos have since been re-uploaded near 4 p.m., but many Torontonians believe it’s a publicity stunt, especially in the days ahead of rival Drake’s highly anticipated album drop.

“Well that’s one way to ‘organically’ attract views without the use of bots,” one user suggested. 

“LOL. The cold must be getting to him,” another commented. 

Others believe Kendrick Lamar’s songs and music videos were deleted by mistake. 

“Y’all fall for this every time… probably just label glitches or re-ups,” one user wrote. 

“It’s back up, someone definitely hacked their profile,” another suggested.
