Luxury developer Fitzrovia is bringing Disney-like customer service to Toronto tenants.
The company claims its property management staff has trained with the Disney Institute, an intensive course meant to help businesses better connect with customers that takes place at the Walt Disney World Resort.
“Disney’s approach to “quality service” is a single or multi-day course to help hospitality professionals design a service strategy.
Fitzrovia staff took the course to understand the role of interweaving customer service in the active lifestyles of their residents by offering unique classes and services in their amenities, according to a release.
“Renowned for their focus on active lifestyle management and exceptional customer service, modeled after the standards of 5-star hotels, Fitzrovia continuously enhances their offerings for residents,” the business said in a statement.
Residents can also take hand brewing coffee workshops inside the building’s specialty restaurant 10 Dean.

Fitzrovia manages nine properties in Toronto, with the Parker being one of the most luxurious.
The property features a rooftop pool, a two-story gym designed by a previous Toronto Maple Leafs conditioning coach, an on-demand health exam facility, a sky lounge, and two bowling alleys.
A one-bedroom suite is currently available to rent starting at $2,800, according to their website. This Toronto rental building is training its staff to treat residents like they’re on vacation at Disney World.
