Guided Candle Making & Decorating Experience

Create a scented candle tailored to you. The Wellness Studio by Cicco Aroma is hosting a candle making workshop that’ll guide you and provide high-quality essential oils and natural bases. From a sweet floral mist to a grounding earthy blend, they’ve got all the scents you may want. Light refreshments will be provided during this workshop. Come alone or with friends for the 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. event. Tickets are on Eventbrite for $60.

Video Show & Tell

  • Location: 302 Spadina Ave

Instead of doomscrolling on social media, gather with other chronically online Torontonians to an On Task’s Video Show & Tell event. Each attendee will share their favourite clip – whether it’s a music video, Instagram reel, TikTok, short film or YouTube clip – under three minutes (maximum five to seven minutes). Then, attendees will watch the clip together, discuss it and vote on a few categories: 

  • Most surprising video
  • Funniest clip
  • Most emotionally impactful
  • Audience favourite

Prizes will be given for the best ones in the categories. Attend the event from 7 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for free (donations accepted) or a $15-$35 entrance fee is encouraged if you wish to also indulge in refreshments and snacks. Tickets on Eventbrite.

Paint, Sip & Karaoke – Michael Jackson Edition

  • Location: 842 Gerrard St E.

Channel your inner Michael Jackson at a paint, sip and karaoke night on Friday at 7:30 p.m. Tray Arts is hosting a cozy evening through a guided paint experience while listening to Michael Jackson favourites. Sober Sip ‘n’ Paint

You don’t always need alcohol to have fun: On Task is hosting a sober sip and paint for those who want to enjoy painting and make new friends, without the hangover. Instead, there will be a selection of teas to keep you warm and grounded — think of it as a tea party! Choose a paint-by-numbers kit on the canvas size of your choice, or pick an object such as a vase, ceramic cup, poster board or photo frame to use. Hands-on: Pasta Traditions from the North

Flights to Italy may be expensive, so get a taste from the North of Italy right here in Toronto. Eataly Yorkville is hosting a hands-on class to teach you to make ravioli, agnolotti del plin and tortellini from scratch. Comedy & Singles Mixer

EDM Community Connect: Coffee Party Edition

HIIT & Yoga in the Park
